This 3-class introductory program is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and supported from your very first session. You’ll learn the core principles of Pilates, how to use the reformer safely, and what to expect in our classes, so you can get the most out of every workout.
With small class sizes and hands-on guidance, our instructors will walk you through the fundamentals at a pace that feels approachable and encouraging.
This series is the first step before joining our regular reformer classes, ensuring every client has a strong foundation and a safe, effective experience.
