New to reformer Pilates? Our Foundations Series is the perfect place to begin!


This 3-class introductory program is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and supported from your very first session. You’ll learn the core principles of Pilates, how to use the reformer safely, and what to expect in our classes, so you can get the most out of every workout.


With small class sizes and hands-on guidance, our instructors will walk you through the fundamentals at a pace that feels approachable

Reformer L1/L2/L3

Reformer Pilates classes focus on building strength, improving muscle tone, and enhancing overall conditioning through controlled, resistance-based movement using adjustable spring tensions. Each class is designed to challenge the body while supporting proper alignment and form. With options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, clients can progress at their own pace while developing strength, stability, and confidence on the Reformer.

Jump Reformer

Jump Reformer is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends cardio, strength training, and recovery. Using the jump board attachment, this athletic class incorporates low-impact plyometrics and dynamic resistance to elevate your heart rate while building strength and endurance. Expect an energizing, rhythm-driven session that challenges your coordination, boosts cardiovascular fitness, and finishes with a restorative stretch.

Virtual Reformer

Virtual Reformer classes bring the full studio experience directly to you, wherever you are. Led by our instructors in real time, these sessions guide you through a dynamic, full-body workout using your Reformer, focusing on strength, control, and alignment. You’ll receive clear cueing and thoughtful programming to ensure a safe, effective, and engaging class, just like being in the studio. Perfect for clients who want flexibility without compromising the quality of their practice.
